Week 1 - September 10th - 13th
Week One was off to a hot start at Brooks. Chef Knickerbocker and his new teams got the culinary creations started for 24/25 at Brooks!
Tuesday - Rigatoni Bolognese - Great hearty start to the year! The greens were nice and the noodles were chonky ! Sauce seemed simple and authentic.
Wednesday - Butter Chicken w/Garlic Naan, Rice, and Cucumber Yogurt - Well, two days in, and they come out swinging! Wow! Perfection. Top tier. Winner of the Week. The large potato chunks were great. The Chicken was tender and well garnished. The Naan was just a pleasant surprise. What a deal!
Thursday - Beef and Bean Burito Bowl - Let’s deconstruct! Excellent flavours. The pickled Onions are hot. Great textures, and fun to eat.
Friday - Bacon Cheeseburger w/Fries - Would it be a classic Friday without a Burger? It’s been a while my old friend. Great, thick, crunchy fries, too! Loved the bun gloss and texture. Happy Friday!
